Once you have run the Installer and the library is installed, the downloaded installation files can be deleted. The confusion is about some users not realising the difference between the files you Download for installation and the subsequently installed library. So I was hoping for some clarification before I potentially make a mistake and waste another few days downloading everything again I just read a few threads of people who had the whole things deleted. If I chose ‘clean up’ – will it just take away the folders that do not have SDX on the end? So in my d: toontrack folder I have two folders for each program, so for example, I choose a destination folder for all the products – I did this as the D: drive has a lot of space.ĭoes this mean if I do the clean up – it will delete everything and I will have to start again? I’m a little nervous to go ahead with this – as I am not very computer savvy, and I have seen others write about how this caused their installed products to get deleted. Currently that suggests over 300GB can be deleted I have on the TPM a ‘Free up Disk Space’ option. So it’s taken a couple of days to get close to all the downloading and installing to happen… finally most of the programs are “ready to use”
